Want To Be Consistent? Then Read This!

Today I’ve been reflecting on consistency.
Now, I wouldn’t say I’m naturally the most consistent person — I think I’m someone who works in waves.
But over the years, I’ve learned how to train myself to be consistent when I really want something.
And when you train yourself to show up — even when you don’t feel like it — you start to see results.
But let’s be real… consistency isn’t easy.
It sounds quite tidy, doesn’t it?
Like: “I’m going to be more consistent.”
Very Instagrammable.
But actually living it? That’s the hard part.
Because being consistent means doing it anyway — even when life’s busy, you’re tired, or your head’s somewhere else.
The thing is, it’s not about having endless willpower — it’s about being clear on your goal.
When the end vision is strong, when you can see it and feel it, showing up becomes more natural.
So whether you’re working on a new habit, your business, your wellbeing, your home — whatever it is — remind yourself why you started.
What are you aiming for?
What will it feel like when you get there?
Keep connecting to that.
Let it pull you forward on the days when it would be easier not to bother.
Consistency isn’t about being perfect —
It’s about being committed to the bigger picture, even when today feels messy.
We’ve got this!
