When Did You Last Give Or Receive A Compliment?

When did someone last compliment you? How did it make you feel?

I love to compliment people, because I genuinely like to say things asI see them and if they make me smile and I love them, I will share how I feel with my friend.

Your dress is beautiful.

You smell gorgeous.

You look really glowing today.

I love how positive you are at the moment.

Your vibes are beautiful.

Your so kind.

However, I am not that great at receiving compliments. And a wise woman once told me, it because you need more of them in order to reassure you that they are true, and the people who are telling you these wonderful things, are genuine. It comes from a place of lack in trust of peoples words. Something I am still working on.

But I guess the more compliments I get, eventually I may believe and trust in the words!
